Senior Partnership Manager - Remote

We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team, reporting to the General Manager of EMEA. You will have primary responsibility for maintaining, developing, and building new relationships across the Ecommerce ecosystem - including PSPs, Ecommerce platforms, agencies, system integrators and executive connectors, primarily within the EMEA market.

In Short

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key players at all levels of seniority across our partners and potential partners in the ecommerce ecosystem.
• Develop and expand relationships with influential staff at the world’s best ecommerce agencies and systems integrators.
• Use indirect influence to educate agency partners on Signifyd’s value proposition.
• Define joint execution plans with partners and maintain timelines.
• Create and execute compelling partner campaigns.
• Coordinate event sponsorship activities and logistics with partners.
• Act as a face of the company at trade shows and key industry events.
• Drive partner growth and development through coordination with other teams.
• Ensure timely execution to hit revenue targets.
• Adhere to all company policies and values.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of ecommerce partner management experience.
• Creative thinking to develop effective partner activities.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Willingness to manage a pipeline of leads.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel and participate in after-hours meetings.
