The Senior Partnerships Manager will form deep relationships and drive business value to T1 and T2 OP Chain partnerships, while managing complex initiatives to drive growth in key metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in managing partnerships within the crypto space specifically within DeFi
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong passion for blockchain tech and decentralization
• Experience driving alignment from key internal stakeholders
• Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
