Overview

Brightwheel is seeking a Program Manager, Training & Enablement to join the Internal Enablement team, focusing on cultivating success within teams through effective training methodologies.

In Short

• Establish and expand the Growth/Upsell enablement function.
• Develop comprehensive training curriculum and materials.
• Facilitate trainings and provide 1:1 coaching.
• Utilize data analysis to track performance metrics.
• Measure and evaluate training program effectiveness.
• Leverage AI coaching tools for training enhancement.
• Provide feedback to sales management for system improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in training or management.
• Ability to build impactful programs from scratch.
• Expertise in learning methodologies and LMS.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinker for scalable training programs.
• Proven collaboration and influence skills.
• Familiarity with AI coaching tools is a plus.
• Certifications in training methodologies are desirable.
