Overview

As a Training Program Manager at Amperity, you will be a primary driver in the enablement of employees, partners, and customers, focusing on developing and delivering customer-focused training and programs.

In Short

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain end-user product training.
  • Focus on ensuring users utilize data to guide value from the platform.
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and instructional design.
  • Improve the training process using the LMS.
  • Develop strategies to grow enablement programs.
  • Create training kits and Train the Trainer programs.
  • Identify product opportunities to simplify implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in databases, big data, cloud computing, IT, AI, and LLMs.
  • 1+ year of basic SQL proficiency.
  • Understanding of marketing technology and digital marketing strategies.
  • 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge bridging data and technology.
  • Experience with training principles and adult learning.
  • Experience with video editing is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel.
