Overview

Tempus is seeking a New Hire Training Program Manager to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team. This position will report to the Director of Commercial Learning and Development and will oversee the onboarding and training of new hires within the sales team.

In Short

  • Manage all aspects of our structured onboarding program for sales team members.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions using various modalities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new hires.
  • Liaise with the Field Sales Training team for effective transitions.
  • Maintain documentation of training activities.
  • Communicate new hires’ progress to managers.
  • Make arrangements for all phases of new hire training.
  • Stay informed about the latest sales techniques and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Biology, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales training or related role.
  • Familiarity with Tempus' mission and healthcare technology landscape.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to facilitate training sessions.
