Overview

The Manager will oversee the development, translation, cultural adaptation and dissemination of Spanish content developed by NAMI Education department and support departmental staff and field leaders to implement these NAMI Signature Programs (NSPs) and trainings.

In Short

  • Oversee development of Spanish-language NAMI NSPs
  • Carry out program evaluations and reporting
  • Build relationships with field program directors
  • Create and update marketing resources for Spanish programs
  • Implement budgets for grant-funded projects
  • Track and analyze Spanish-language content and outreach
  • Confirm and edit Spanish translations from vendors
  • Manage program manual updates and curriculum creation
  • Provide technical support to NAMI leaders
  • Develop programming for the NAMI national convention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in program management
  • Curriculum and program development experience
  • Spanish fluency (native speakers preferred)
  • Experience translating and editing content in Spanish
  • Knowledge of Latinx and Hispanic communities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Adobe products highly valued
