Overview

The Director, Data Analysis and Evaluation is primarily responsible for driving innovation and excellence in data management processes, ensuring seamless solutions that meet the dynamic needs across the NAMI National organization.

In Short

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish data initiative priorities.
  • Develop quantitative data measures and reporting for actionable insights.
  • Interact with stakeholders to deploy quantitative product/program reporting.
  • Design monitoring plans for proposals with the Strategic Alliances and Development Department.
  • Foster collaboration with Information Systems for operational data infrastructure.
  • Compile NAMI National impact reports.
  • Develop data management strategies and techniques for quality data collection.
  • Lead a high-performing Data Management team.
  • Support other departments with data needs and troubleshooting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience overseeing data analytics and insights.
  • Proficient with data analytics tools and data warehousing technologies.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle.
  • Non-profit program evaluation experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Passionate about improving mental health.
