In Short

• Partner with Principal Program Manager to define, develop, and drive a unified industry and product training strategy.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute training projects from initiation to completion.
• Create and manage learning paths and a training calendar.
• Design and update training materials with subject matter experts.
• Develop and implement evaluation methods for training programs.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Support the vision and values of the company.
• Participate in various company initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in curriculum development, business, psychology, or communications.
• 3+ years experience in training & development.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
