Overview

As a member of the People team at PitchBook, you will contribute to the success of our employees and the company by implementing and enhancing global People programs.

• Drive the implementation of People programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across PitchBook and Morningstar.
• Manage job architecture frameworks and compensation structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience.
• 2+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience with international employment practices preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
