Overview

The Senior Manager of Customer Partnerships is responsible for strengthening and expanding R3’s strategic, clinical, and operational relationships with customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

In Short

  • Build and maintain customer relationships to support retention and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct strategic check-ins and deliver performance summaries.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead customer onboarding and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage customer escalations and process improvements.
  • Support RFPs and customer-facing presentations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems.
  • Participate in department meetings and support onboarding of new managers.

Requirements

  • Ability to build and retain strong customer relationships.
  • Expertise in presenting product value and serving as an SME.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills; skilled presenter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of healthcare and behavioral health systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Psychology or Business.
