Overview

The Remote Client Care Clinician engages with individuals impacted by crises, providing immediate behavioral health support and coaching while adhering to departmental standards and policies.

In Short

  • Conduct clinical intakes via telephone to assess behavioral health needs.
  • Provide direct behavioral health support via telephone.
  • Manage emergent clinical situations including crisis intervention.
  • Consult with other clinicians regarding care.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and clients.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for workplace resilience.
  • Complete reports within designated time frames.
  • Participate in training and presentations on behavioral health topics.
  • Adapt to changing work schedules based on company needs.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical billable standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
  • Professional licensure required (LMSW, LCSW, etc.).
  • 2 years of clinical experience required; 3+ years preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Initiative for ongoing learning and professional development.
