Overview

The Remote Crisis Response Clinical Consultant engages with individuals impacted by crises, providing immediate behavioral health support and coaching while ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

In Short

  • Provide direct behavioral health support via telephone.
  • Conduct clinical intakes to assess behavioral health needs.
  • Manage emergent clinical situations including crisis intervention.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
  • Professional licensure in mental health required.
  • 2 years of clinical experience required; 3+ years preferred.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
  • Reliable and responsible work ethic.
