Overview

The Clinical Consultant is a critical client-facing role within the Enterprise Platform Services division, responsible for providing strategic clinical guidance and managing pharmacy benefit operations for RxSense clients.

In Short

• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with account management and benefits teams.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and manage issues.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations based on market trends.
• Provide training and education on RxSense platform tools.
• Support the modeling and development of custom client formularies.
• Monitor new drug approvals and market changes.
• Participate in internal committees focused on clinical value.
• Execute formulary and utilization management changes.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs.

Requirements

• PharmD or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist license in any U.S. state.
• 1+ years of experience in managed care or clinical pharmacy.
• Proven experience in formulary strategy and clinical support.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10%.
