• Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Clinical Consultant.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer needs.
• Analyze and evaluate current processes for improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on digital cognitive assessments.
• Create and implement change management strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Engage with customers during implementation and post-account management.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
• Generate reports to track progress and identify trends.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or related field.

Requirements

• Extensive clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed (25-30% travel).
• Advanced degree (MSN, MD, etc) is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital cognitive assessments is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary in the $135,000 - $155,000 range per year.
• Annual discretionary target bonus based on performance.
• Equity options available.
