Overview

The Clinical Consultant will provide high quality counselling and clinical case management services to Workforce Mental Health international clients based in Israel.

In Short

• Provide telephonic counselling and case management for service users.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Israel.
• Ensure professional and respectful service delivery.
• Accurately capture information pertinent to clinical management.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and operational standards.
• Work five days a week in a permanent role.
• Location independent role.
• Minimum of 2 years post-masters working experience required.
• Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or Social Work.
• Bilingualism in English and Hebrew is an asset.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work.
• Registration with the relevant professional body in Israel.
• 2 years post-masters experience.
• Ability to provide counselling in a short-term framework.
• Experience in the EAP field preferred.
• Good telephone manner for telephonic therapy.
• Ability to manage risk and provide clinical understanding.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Client service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Business and commercial awareness.
