Overview

The Director of Client Solutions is a strategic, client-facing sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative engagement with prospective clients, focusing on identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions.

  • Represent R3 at industry events and client meetings.
  • Act as a thought leader in mental health and employee well-being solutions.
  • Travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop and close complex sales with senior decision-makers.
  • Expertise in outbound prospecting and engaging new accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced understanding of pricing and market positioning.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and meeting sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in consultative sales in the industry.
