Overview

The QA Clinical Manager oversees quality assurance with a clinical emphasis to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth in the QA department.

  • Responsible for QA training and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain department scorecards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for QA Specialists.
  • Conduct audits to improve outcomes and maximize productivity.
  • Manage expenses and coordinate staff schedules.
  • Provide team with clinically based training.
  • Identify issues needing elevated review.
  • Participate in company meetings as requested.
  • Travel as required.

Requirements

  • 5 years of post-license clinical experience required.
  • Experience in managing and training employees.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Masters degree in a mental health field required.
  • 2 years of management experience required.
  • 3 years of Quality Assurance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in stressful situations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
