In Short

  • The mission of Account Services is to make it easier to do business with Qualtrics.
  • Provide a seamless customer experience and end-to-end ownership.
  • Understand and address drivers of performance across customer metrics.
  • Establish and refine targets and dashboards for performance visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive ‘on time’ renewals billings.
  • Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
  • Shape the design of the new frontline Account Services role.
  • Introduce new channels and systems for customer support.
  • Day to day leadership of the team.
  • Work with other Account Services Leaders to ensure consistency.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1-2 years of management experience.
  • Evidence of commercial acumen.
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with proven academic excellence.
