Overview

As an Enterprise Services Manager at Zuora, you will oversee the delivery and success of services for customers, ensuring their operational needs are met and documented.

In Short

  • Lead the Managed Services team for a set group of customers.
  • Monitor and manage Zuora workflows and processes.
  • Assist engineers with troubleshooting and technical solutions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service disruptions.
  • Provide reports on activity and performance metrics.
  • Manage knowledge transfer and process documentation.
  • Participate in team strategy creation.
  • Provide vendor oversight for seamless integration.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in an engineering environment as a senior engineer or lead.
  • Technical aptitude to assist engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment.
  • Self-starter with a focus on execution in changing environments.
  • AS/BS in computer science or related major is a plus.
  • Experience with Managed Service offerings is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Zuora products is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel is a plus.
