StackAdapt is hiring a Manager of Client Services for the Enterprise revenue organization, leading a team of Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and optimize campaigns.
In Short
Lead a team of Account Managers to achieve company objectives.
Work with Brands, Agencies, and Holding Companies to scale business.
Track and evaluate quarterly revenue targets for account retention and growth.
Coach AMs to develop strategic plans for their portfolios.
Own client support structure and inform product strategy.
Identify opportunities for team efficiency improvements.
Hire and train new Account Managers.
Collaborate with other departments to represent Client Service interests.
Develop individualized growth plans for team members.
Provide in-depth client consultation on StackAdapt DSP.
Requirements
Extensive media experience and programmatic knowledge.
Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
3+ years of team management experience.
Proven ability to inspire and energize teams.
Track record of driving solutions and data-driven decisions.
5+ years in account management in the programmatic space.
Creative problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven success in managing client relationships.
Strong communication skills.
