Manager, Client Success - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Client Success will lead a team of Client Success Managers in providing industry-leading customer service and acting as trusted advisors to the clients that use our platform in a self-serve capacity. This role is crucial in driving efficiencies, improving business performance, and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Extensive media experience and programmatic knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience managing a client-facing team.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to inspire and energize teams.
• Passion for mentorship and team development.
• Strong track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
