Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring the success of a portfolio of Cordial’s Commercial clients. The CSM is a true client partner, a strategic account owner, who works diligently to advocate and align technology and expertise on behalf of the client.

In Short

  • Be client obsessed and manage client portfolios effectively.
  • Think big picture to map Cordial features to client needs.
  • Act as a quarterback for client success plans.
  • Have a deep understanding of Cordial’s platform.
  • Be a problem solver for strategic campaign challenges.
  • Drive timely renewals and manage commercial relationships.
  • Participate in business development and discovery meetings.
  • Opportunities to travel to client sites approximately 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in client management at a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical aptitude and commercial instincts.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
  • Experience in a dynamic, autonomous start-up environment.
