Overview

The National Account Director - Install Base is responsible for managing, retaining, and expanding relationships with QAD Redzone’s existing national customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving adoption of Redzone modules.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Sales, Operations, or Business Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in outside sales, preferably in CPG sector.
  • Possess SME knowledge of QAD Redzone’s products/services.
  • Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and deliver results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives.
