The Human Resource Business Partner will utilize extensive HR knowledge and skills to develop and implement HR practices and solutions for clients, while also enhancing the HR team's capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of HR experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
• Broad knowledge of HR functions and practices.
• Understanding of federal and state employment regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for HR data interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in virtual meeting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management.
