The Human Resource Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning HR practices with the company’s goals, providing strategic HR solutions, and supporting leadership in various HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Training and development experience.
• Creative critical thinker.
• Ability to conduct research and surveys.
