Client Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Client Accounting Analyst at Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is responsible for overseeing fiduciary/client facing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in managing client and carrier transactions, and maintaining audit-ready records.

• Oversee fiduciary/client facing financial processes.

• Prepare and import daily client claims reports.
• Lead the evaluation of new systems for fiduciary processes.
• Support annual financial audits.
• Record Captive claims quarterly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong audit knowledge and understanding of accounting functions.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as needed.
