Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role serves as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, streamlines workflows, and drives efficient processes to ensure clarity and purposeful execution.

In Short

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and polish.
  • Anticipate executive needs and address operational details proactively.
  • Coordinate key meetings, including agenda development and materials preparation.
  • Drive efficiency by optimizing systems and processes.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for executive support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with prioritization ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
  • High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
