The Employee Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting with the development and implementation of onboarding and offboarding procedures for clients.

Requirements

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of US HR/Payroll/Onboarding experience.
• Skilled in HR systems and platforms.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
