Overview

The Employee Onboarding Specialist provides customized support and guidance to new hires and clients through the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

In Short

• Provide customized support and guidance to new hires and clients.
• Create effective and informational employee communications.
• Process all employee onboarding per local, state, and federal requirements.
• Enter necessary data into HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
• Optimize client onboarding procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with HR Program Managers, Benefits Specialists, and Payroll Engineers.
• Maintain vendor relationships and serve as a liaison between vendor and client.
• Welcome new employees and deliver new hire orientation.
• Create SOPs for processes and procedures related to onboarding.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in employee onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various HR functions.
• Experience in creating SOPs.
