Onboarding Specialist - AI Employee - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an AI Employee Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing success of our AI products, ensuring seamless onboarding, timely updates, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients throughout their journey.

In Short

• Own the “AI employee” customer relationship for the lifetime of the customer.
• Monitor new sale events and work with customers to complete the setup.
• Conduct initial setup tasks for Voice AI and Conversation AI agents.
• Provide exceptional support to clients during onboarding.
• Work closely with developers and product teams for smooth deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry guidelines related to AI tool usage.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the development of support documentation and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes.
• Gather user feedback to ensure user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience managing customer accounts and deployments, preferably with AI tools.
• Strong proficiency with task management tools and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with open AI and prompting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and coordination of data across multiple systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
