In Short

• Lead the development and expansion of HighLevel’s AI product suite.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives and manage a team of product managers.
• Define and articulate the vision and strategy for AI products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Communicate product strategy and insights to stakeholders.
• Define metrics to evaluate product performance.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to evolve product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in building and scaling AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and ML models.
• Understanding of SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical skills and product sense.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Ability to drive complex product strategies.
• Empathy for users and a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Ability to operate with urgency and adapt quickly.
