In Short

• Lead and develop a global team of Product Managers.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap for Content Personalization & Channels.
• Serve as an Individual Contributor for Channel App Experiences.
• Champion AI-powered personalization strategies.

• Engage with customers to uncover insights and prioritize features.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Research industry trends to identify new product opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years managing Product Managers.
• Experience as an Individual Contributor for mobile and web products.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge in content personalization and AI-driven experiences.
• Track record of shipping scalable features in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Experience with user growth and engagement strategies.
• Able to work effectively across time zones.
