Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE), Onboarding Specialist you’ll be joining a global team of technical specialists who engage with customers in a pooled model in order to drive product adoption and value realization at scale.

In Short

  • Engage with newly Onboarded Customers through Zoom calls and emails.
  • Provide technical, architectural and best practice guidance.
  • Drive the achievement of measurable value leading to product adoption.
  • Align with Account Executives to provide customer-facing expertise.
  • Focus on solution-based programs customized to fit customer needs.
  • Develop and collaborate on customer workshops and demos.
  • Maintain specialty competency in GitLab-related technologies.
  • Continuously improve professional skills through training and mentorship.
  • Contribute to documentation and enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Experience with GitLab use cases (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps).
  • Proficiency using DevSecOps tools.
  • Technical experience in development or systems engineering.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical problems clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to become a trusted technical advisor.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
