  • Drive GitLab's strategic partnerships with AI platforms and agentic solutions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure partnerships with influential AI coding platforms.
  • Shape how new and emerging developers experience GitLab.
  • Research and analyze the evolving AI platforms landscape.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that drive platform integrations.
  • Build authentic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate joint customer engagements and partnership showcases.
  • Serve as primary business liaison for technical AI integrations.
  • Maintain deep technical understanding of GitLab's AI feature suite.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with GitLab, GitHub, or similar DevOps platforms.
  • 1+ year experience with AI integrations and understanding of AI/ML workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to executive leadership.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
