Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for working with sales management, frontline reps, product, and product marketing to increase sales productivity in both an inside and field sales model.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales team and leadership to streamline the selling process.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify and address specific performance challenges.
  • Conduct call shadowing and review sessions to provide targeted feedback.
  • Collect and provide insights on competitive challenges and product positioning.
  • Create content including the execution of training for the sales team.
  • Continually measure the effectiveness of programs to assess and report on impact.
  • Understanding of various instructional methods for training.
  • Passion for developing and empowering sales team and leaders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years training delivery required.
  • 3-5 years delivering sales results in a quota carrying role preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and Outreach/Salesloft preferred.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Strong presentation skills in small and large groups.
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams/projects.
  • Ability to listen closely to the sales team to understand needs and challenges.
