Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding customers and managing customer implementations, ensuring a successful and timely implementation process.

In Short

• Serve as primary contact for customers during the implementation phase
• Set up customer accounts using management software
• Develop and execute customized implementation project plans
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure successful implementation
• Assist customers with setup and configuration
• Ensure workflows related to onboarding are completed on time
• Complete post-implementation assessments
• Participate in pre-sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-2 years of implementation experience in a SaaS or healthcare setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with data analysis tools, including Excel and SQL
• Potential travel up to 10%
