In Short

  • Own the Full Book of Business: Drive new, renewal, and expansion revenue across all INFRA products within UKI and South Africa.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of enterprise field reps and inside/hybrid commercial reps.
  • Deliver Business Results: Meet or exceed ARR, bookings, and pipeline targets across all segments and product lines.
  • Drive Strategic Execution: Define territory, account coverage, and go-to-market strategy that maximize renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Customer and Partner Engagement: Build strong executive relationships with key enterprise customers, resellers, and distributors to strengthen retention and drive cross-sell.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure forecast accuracy, deal hygiene, and disciplined pipeline management across the business.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure alignment in messaging, campaigns, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Champion the INFRA Portfolio: Represent the full suite of INFRA products to the market, articulating value across automation, observability, load balancing, and network monitoring.

Requirements

  • Experienced sales leader with a track record of success managing a full book of business (new, renewal, and expansion) across software or infrastructure portfolios.
  • Skilled in leading both field and inside sales teams across multiple geographies and customer tiers.
  • Proven ability to drive multi-product and cross-sell motions, balancing commercial volume with enterprise depth.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales ecosystems and partner management.
  • Highly disciplined operator with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process rigor.
  • Collaborative communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Inspiring leader who develops, retains, and motivates top-performing teams.
