Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Deep understanding of Finance, Sales Performance Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience selling EPM services or implementing EPM solutions.
• Ability to scope and structure services engagements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a software vendor, SaaS provider, or consulting role.
• Fluent in English and French or additional European languages.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
