In Short

• Provide professional technical support services for MongoDB.
• Resolve complex problems for customers with demanding deployments.

• Experience with schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Understanding of cloud providers and virtualized environments.

• Experience working with customers in English.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MongoDB configuration and best practices.
• Experience with backup solutions and replica set topologies.
• Understanding of monitoring requirements.
• Experience administering Linux systems.
• Knowledge of configuration management solutions.
• Completed MongoDB University courses.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL.
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas is a plus.
• Writing skills in Python and Golang preferred.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios.
