In Short

Provide professional technical support services for MongoDB.
Resolve complex problems for customers with demanding deployments.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of RDBMS's and MongoDB.
Experience with schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Knowledge of backup solutions and replica set topologies.
Experience administering Linux based systems.
Familiarity with virtualized environments and cloud providers.
Ability to troubleshoot methodically and think outside the box.
Experience working with customers in English.
Completed MongoDB University courses.
