In Short

• Work with customers on TimescaleDB administration and optimization.
• Manage support cases from beginning to end.
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure their success.
• Be curious and willing to learn to improve products and processes.
• Provide deep technical support and interact with customers daily.
• Work in a remote-first environment with a focus on the US West Coast.
• Full-time position with 5-day, 8-hour shifts.
• Experience with relational databases is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with TimescaleDB is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Technical support experience with external customers.
• Strong aptitude for learning new software products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical concepts.
