Regional President - Remote

Overview

The Regional President will be a key member of Pearl’s leadership team, responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our enterprise business across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

In Short

• Spearhead the identification, acquisition, and expansion of strategic enterprise partnerships.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from pipeline development to contract execution.
• Develop and scale regional P&Ls.
• Partner with Operations and R&D to surface key market trends.
• Serve as a senior external evangelist for Pearl.
• Lead a high-performing, cross-functional enterprise growth team.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns.
• Contribute to Pearl’s broader strategy and operations.
• Support initiatives to drive down the cost of care.

Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare sales or business development.
• Success in negotiating large commercial contracts.
• Deep understanding of medical loss ratio and value-based care dynamics.
• Extensive network of healthcare leaders.
• Experience leading growth teams with P&L responsibility.
• Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence.
• High-growth startup experience preferred.
• Experience selling healthcare technology solutions.
• Familiarity with the healthcare IT ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $230,000 - $300,000 per year.
