Overview

The Regional Vice President will be responsible for franchise sales prospect generation and achieving annual sales goals across multiple states.

In Short

  • Ownership of designated market for franchise sales.
  • Accountable for achieving individual and team growth goals.
  • Effective use of CRM for pipeline management.
  • Engagement in networking and media strategy.
  • Ownership of complete deal flow and sales cycle.
  • Experience in sales and/or inside sales environment.
  • Ability to perform presentations both in person and virtual.
  • Approximately 50-75% travel required.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
  • Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
  • Experience with high-end/lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Capability of reading and interpreting financial statements.
  • Strong communication skills for presentations.
  • Self-motivated and able to balance multiple deals.
  • Collaborative mindset to engage with various teams.
  • Experience in real estate or franchise sales is advantageous.
