Overview

The Channel Account Director will report to the Senior Director, Channels, and will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of channel partners to maximize revenue growth and market share.

In Short

  • Oversee global sales performance and pipeline development with major strategic partners, including Deloitte.
  • Develop and execute a scalable business plan to expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Drive partner enablement throughout the customer journey.
  • Establish Payscale’s solutions as the preferred choice within partner portfolios.
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market plans.
  • Create comprehensive sales plans including sales forecasts and performance targets.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with executives across partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years HCM channel experience working with top consulting firms.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales.
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationship management.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
