  • Provide training to channel partner representatives.
  • Assist channel partners’ sales teams in crafting strategies.
  • Analyze channel partner performance and deliver insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Brokers, Insurance, Health Tech, or Benefits.
  • Expertise in process creation and channel structuring.
  • Strong proficiency in business case development.
  • Results-driven with skills in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Experienced in relationship management with strategic stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical action plan capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of channel performance analysis.
  • Fluent in English.
