Overview

As an Omni-Channel Account Director, you will be responsible for working with clients in the Retail + D2C space, driving performance through integrated marketing tactics across various channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Extensive experience with CRM or Marketing Operations platforms.
  • Ability to speak to business-level metrics.
  • Strong campaign leadership skills in a multi-channel environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts.
  • Desire to function as both a marketing and business consultant.
  • Dependable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving.
