Overview

Payscale is looking for the newest member of its Finance team. This is a role where you will be “in it” and expected to get your hands dirty every day, contributing to the FP&A group of a $200m ARR, highly profitable, SaaS company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience in SaaS/tech environments preferred.
• Proven track record of success in financial roles.
• Excellent Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills for non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
