Zillow Group is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team, where you will proactively anticipate trends and guide leaders with insights that shape decisions driving the For Sale businesses forward.

• Lead forecasting, planning, and unit economics analysis for assigned workstreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic finance or related fields.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with large datasets.
• Proficient using AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Skilled communicator and trusted partner.
• Curious, proactive, and effective in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with public company processes is a plus.
• Able to shift priorities as needs evolve.
