Pavago is hiring a strategic and client-centric Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with U.S.-based clients who rely on us to provide top-tier offshore talent from regions like South Africa, Pakistan, and Latin America.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting.
• Proven track record of upselling and growing accounts.
• Strong understanding of Agency Environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
