Overview

Pavago is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support our client’s property management operations. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for coordinating repairs and maintenance requests, ensuring timely responses, and keeping tenants and property owners informed every step of the way.

In Short

• Work Order & Vendor Management: Log and prioritize maintenance requests in AppFolio.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Respond to tenant inquiries and keep property owners informed.
• Preventive Maintenance & Documentation: Schedule inspections and maintain records in AppFolio.
• Budget & Problem Solving: Monitor maintenance expenses and troubleshoot issues remotely.
• 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination within property management.
• Advanced knowledge of AppFolio for work orders and scheduling.
• Great English skills for professional communication.
• Proven customer service skills with patience and professionalism.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and initiative.
• Open to feedback and committed to improvement.
